Black History Month

Our Black History Month celebrations will highlight many African Americans who
stand on the shoulders of those who have gone on before. Our 2025 Black History
calendar will feature contemporaries such as Attorney Fred Gray, those in Law
Enforcement,  STEM professionals in Science, Technology, Engineering and
Math, The Arts and of course, Education. Without our educators none of the other
accomplishments would be possible. Black History is American History!!

We will culminate this month’s activities with a movie that highlights aspects of
our spiritual and Christian heritage. The message in the movie focuses on unity, the
effectiveness of discipling and the power of prayer. Please plan to join us today
following morning worship for the movie, THE FORGE, a light lunch, games, and
prizes.
