The Music Ministry is excited to announce the restart of two vibrant choruses in the new year:
|
- The Mass Chorus is open to ALL AGES! Come lend your voice and join us as we praise God. We are looking forward to starting this work in 2026! Mass Chorus had an informational meeting on Sunday, January 11.
- The Youth and Young Adult Chorus: We are especially excited about the creation of this new ensemble for our youth and young adults! This is an opportunity to serve God and grow spiritually. The Youth and Young Adult Chorus will have an informational meeting on Sunday, January 18.

Participation in either chorus requires signing up and attending the important informational session where details on rehearsals and schedules will be shared. Please see Bro. Jerome Jones for more information.

For your information, this is our inclement weather policy:

- Phase I: Central is hosting in-person worship. There will be no Sunday School Bible classes.
- Phase II: Central is not hosting in-person worship. However, select brothers are gathering at the church building to conduct the service for livestreaming.
- Phase III: Central is not hosting in-person worship, and the building is closed. Service will be conducted exclusively via Zoom.

In the case of inclement weather, members will receive communication from leadership regarding which phase is in effect.

Central members who were baptized from January 2022 to the present are encouraged to take part in the New Members Class, held every Sunday at 9am in the Woodridge Road Sanctuary. It is designed to address the particular spiritual needs of new Christians by rooting and grounding them in the faith as they begin their walk with the Lord. The teachers are Bro. Albert Goode, Bro. Derrick Lindsey and Bro. Archie Veale.

The Central Bible School presents “Club Wednesdays!” on second and third Wednesdays, monthly.

These “club style” sessions are designed to connect spiritual learning to our young people’s creative side.

- The Psalmist Club explores faith and personal expression through poetry and creative writing,
- The Makers’ Space brings out the Creator’s spirit through arts and crafts,
- And Youth Projects gets our youth involved in community service-minded efforts for the church and beyond.

East Baltimore COC’s 30th Anniversary Weekend
|
East Baltimore Church of Christ’s 30th Anniversary Weekend, themed “Rejoicing in the Lord” from Philippians 4:4, is coming up!

The weekend will begin on Saturday, January 17, 2026 with a Jubilee Gala from 5pm to 10pm at the M&T Bank Exchange (connected to the Hippodrome; located at 401 W. Fayette St., Baltimore, MD 21201). Purchase tickets using the buttons below for individuals or tables (8 or 10 people). Tickets cost $99 per person.

Festivities will conclude on Sunday, January 18 with a 9:45am Bible study and 11am worship service at East Baltimore Church of Christ.
